The 49-year-old designer and Ogunlesi exchanged vows at the luxurious Four Seasons Resort Lanai in front of an A-list gathering of close friends, colleagues, and family members. Clad in a crisp suit and tie, the Spider-Man actor appeared in high spirits while guiding the couple through the nuptials, holding up papers and gesturing animatedly as he led the ceremony. The former couple’s two teenage children, 19-year-old daughter Ruby and 17-year-old son Otis, actively participated in the event alongside the newlyweds’ newborn baby girl, who was born earlier this year in May.

The Hawaiian nuptials took place just days after legal records confirmed that Meyer and Maguire officially finalized their divorce, nearly ten years after their initial separation. Court documents obtained by Page Six revealed that a formal judgment of dissolution was officially entered in court, restoring both individuals to the legal status of single persons. The pair originally separated in October 2016 following nine years of marriage. Discussing their post-split relationship during a 2022 appearance on the World’s First Podcast, Meyer candidly shared that maintaining a positive co-parenting dynamic required significant work, but ultimately described their bond as unbreakable while referring to Maguire as family.
“It was a choice, and it was trusting in, like, the universe has got our back,” Meyer explained at the time. “But let me tell you something, the work is a motherf–ker.”
She also gushed that she would “do anything in the world” for her ex-husband.
“I can’t even explain [it],” she said of their bond. “He is my brother. I love him to death.”
Meyer and Ogunlesi first began dating during the summer of 2023, making their formal red carpet debut together at the Baby2Baby gala in November of that year.
