Content creator Chris Blake Griffith has publicly addressed long-standing viral rumors regarding his relationship with Houston Texans wide receiver Stefon Diggs, explicitly clarifying that the two were never dating.
Speaking during a recent interview appearance, Griffith addressed online speculation that circulated after photos surfaced showing him accompanied by the NFL star during high-end shopping trips.

The rumors gained traction across social media platforms after observers noted that Diggs frequently paid for Griffith’s purchases alongside those of other close companions.
“I am a heterosexual man, I am a straight man. I know that people teeter the line of saying straight and heterosexual can technically mean different things,” said Chris.
“The reason that I think that whatever allegations surface and people run with the narrative, that maybe Stefon and I were dating. I think people, they can run with that cause a picture is worth a thousand words.
When you ask me, I do not think I was in a relationship with this man. But I do know that when we used to go stores and things like that, I didn’t pay for anything. There’s a photographer standing on the side, he doesn’t get to shop. His brother, he doesn’t get to shop. These other guys, they don’t get to shop they just stand along the wall. The girls are shopping, I am shopping too,” Griffith continued.
“He’s (Stefon Diggs) paying for everything. But I’m not thinking that I’m one of the girls. The way you present some people might think this is a gay man, and it’s not insulting it’s just the truth.”

Griffith explained that while Diggs covered expenses when they visited retail stores together, he never viewed himself as anything more than a friend in the group. He acknowledged how certain photos and personal styling choices, such as painted nails featuring his eldest son’s name, may have led online audiences to draw false conclusions about his sexual orientation.
Despite the persistent online chatter, Griffith emphasized that he remains unbothered by public perception because he knows his own identity and lives independently.
Stefon Diggs, a four-time Pro Bowl wide receiver who previously starred for the Minnesota Vikings and Buffalo Bills before joining Houston, has consistently maintained a high-profile presence both on the field and within fashion circles.
Neither Stefon Diggs nor his official representatives have issued a public statement regarding the circulating rumors or Griffith’s recent interview comments.
